Why do the eco-friendly options have a higher price?
The higher price for eco-friendly shirts accounts for organic cotton’s higher costs. We offer the lower-cost options as well for customers who prioritize affordability.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard designs are typically delivered in 5-7 business days, while eco-friendly shirts typically arrive in 6-8 business days.
Does Wilderwear ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
Will I receive my entire order at the same time?
Not necessarily. Orders are sometimes separated into multiple shipments, so products may be delivered separately.
From where do the products ship?
Products may be shipped from any of the several fulfillment centers located within the U.S.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is a flat rate of $5.95 per order.
Is every shirt guaranteed to be the same?
While shirts should be expected to be the same, it cannot be 100% guaranteed. Due to the fabric properties, the white color variant may appear off-white rather than bright white.
Can I modify, cancel, or return my order?
No, all sales are final.
How do I use a coupon code?
Coupon codes must be entered at checkout. After checkout is complete, if the code was not applied, no credit or refund will be issued. If the coupon code is still valid, it may be used for another order. Please ensure the code is applied before completing your order.
